COVID-19 Update
We are doing our best along with everyone else to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and have made some changes in the way we will operate in future and will be contacting everyone who has been put on our PRIORITY LIST in the coming days.
• We will keep adhering to the strict social distancing guidelines whilst working.
• On top of disinfecting our equipment after each carpet, rug or upholstery clean we are now going to be disinfecting all touch points when departing each property.
• We will unfortunately no longer be taking up the generous drink/food offers or shaking hands on arrival or when leaving.
• All payments will be made through our NEW Square invoicing system which we will be emailed, but will accept cash if this is not possible.
• We would greatly appreciate any cancellations to be given to us at least 24hr’s before the cleaning start time.
• All pre inspections will be temporarily stopped and quotes will now be given over the phone or via email to minimise travel and social interaction.
• We are still offering our rug COLLECT, CLEAN & RETURN service although collections will now only take place on Thursdays.
